The Independents’ Film Festival (IFF), an annual project of Tampa Educational Cable Consortium, encourages aspiring filmmakers to pursue their passion and hone their artistic skills by exposing their work to a carefully cultivated audience of enthusiastic film lovers -- on television, in person, and on the web. The IFF's community events foster the development of artistry and continuing education in cinema studies by incorporating educational workshops and networking opportunities with artisans in the industry. Now in its 17 year, the IFF nourishes a true community of artists who share their love of this challenging and satisfying medium.
